In the Middle East, there is still much suffering, just as in Jesus’ day. From the Bible, we learn that Jesus showed love to the sick, the hungry, the lame, and the blind; His compassion extended to all people, regardless of their condition or status.
Various programs and projects provide unique opportunities for CAM staff and contacts in the Middle East to follow Jesus’ example of love and compassion. Some of these opportunities include blessing the hungry with a food parcel, encouraging widows with a hot meal, showing love to the handicapped with gifts of wheelchairs or crutches, or providing families with income resources.
