Many elderly people in Romania wonder how to use their small pension. Do they buy food? Or do they use the money to buy medicine or cover heating expenses?
Ioana has been widowed for 34 years and lives alone in a small house of adobe bricks and mud. The house is cracked and deteriorating, but she takes care of it as best she can. Through her hardships, this 77-year-old widow serves the Lord faithfully and finds a reason to praise her Savior. Ioana always prays for the people who donated the food parcel when she receives it.
Many of Romania’s elderly are lonely and long for conversation. They find the monthly visits from CAM’s distribution drivers just as encouraging as the food parcels. Thank you, supporters, for your help in ministering to Ioana and other elderly people in need.
