As the sun sets in Malawi, the people shown in the photo gather for a food distribution. This distribution was for the most vulnerable and the elderly. Drought and unpredictable rains have recently made it difficult for people in Malawi to raise their own gardens. Lack of rain forced some to replant their gardens—if they could afford to buy more seeds.
The elderly and disabled depend on their families to take care of them. But if food is scarce and funds are low, it is the elderly and disabled who suffer. Thank you, supporters, for helping to supply food for hungry people in Malawi, Cuba, Ethiopia, and other countries!
