Violence was a normal way of life for young Zahra.* When she joined a CAM-supported remedial school class in Egypt, Zahra was aggressive and violent. Her fellow classmates became the target of her insults and disrespectful behavior. Even with love and support from her teacher, Zahra still seemed to struggle with anger. But soon Zahra’s teacher discovered the underlying reason for her behavior: a violent home life. Knowing this, she focused on listening to Zahra talk about her struggles at home. With love and acceptance in a structured environment, Zahra began to show remarkable changes in her behavior. What a blessing to see a young life transformed by God!
